Product Discription
We supply the positive control DNA for the LAMP method to detect Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense (Foc), the causative agent of the plant disease known as banana wilt (Panama disease).
This product can be used as templates for the Ce15, SIX6, SIX7, and SIX8 LAMP primers.
Please use the synthesized Ce15 LAMP Primers for the detection of the Banana Wilt Pathogen Foc in combination with the DNA amplification reagent “DryADD™ LAMP Master Mix (Turbidity/Visible Dye)” (Code No. DR0401).
