| SIX6 LAMP Primers for detection of Banana Wilt Pathogen Foc race TR4 | PM021 | 6 tubes | inquiry |
We synthesize primers for the LAMP method to detect Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense (Foc), the causative agent of the plant disease known as banana wilt (Panama disease).
After determining the presence or absence of the banana wilt pathogen using Ce15 LAMP primers, the race is identified using three types of primers: SIX6, SIX7, and SIX8.
The pathogen race is determined based on the gene retention pattern indicated by each primer result.
